Cross-Border Money Movement
2025
visa
A national bank's remittance product had a retention issue, with customers leaving due to a confusing process and unclear fees. I led a 20-week project to redesign their cross-border feature, streamlining it from 12 to 7 steps. This enabled bank users to complete transfers 50 seconds faster. The initiative advanced Visa's cross-border UX maturity, paving the way for further optimization. Collab: Matt C., Marije W., Ryan S.
Elevating the Fan Retail Experience
2024
Visa
Fans at a national sporting match were missing key moments due to long merchandise lines. I co-led the experience design strategy, conducting field observations and facilitating stakeholder ideation. We developed a seamless click-and-collect solution that allowed fans to order merchandise from their phones for pickup before leaving the stadium, ensuring they never missed a crucial play. Collab: Saba R., Adam W., Jim M.
Driving Innovation From Zero to One
2021
Capital One
Searching emails and hunting through Confluence was causing inefficiencies at the Lab. I joined a tiger team to build an internal project management tool from the ground up in 90 days. Within six months, we drove an 87% increase in the organization’s innovation project completion rate. Collab: Ray C., Josh P., Alex M.

About
Behind every payment is a human story and I'm passionate about removing the friction between people and their possibilities–work I currently do at Visa. Prior to Visa, I worked in product design across banking, healthcare, museums, and travel. I bring a global perspective to problems, having collaborated with teams from Europe to Latin America through roles in Miami, NYC, and DC.
I'm all about cutting through the noise to create real impact. I dive into the messy, beautiful world of visual craft, product strategy, service design, and research with a systematic approach and when complex challenges rear their heads, I choose curiosity over ego because let's be honest, the best solutions come from asking "what if?" rather than declaring "I know." I lead with integrity, build with purpose, and make sure we're having a blast while we're at it. After all, if you're not enjoying the journey of solving problems and creating something meaningful together, what's the point?
