Led the design overhaul of a client’s remittance experience, reducing a fragmented 12-step transfer flow by 67%, enabling users to send money faster and informing future optimizations within Visa’s cross-border UX strategy. Collaborated with Johannes K., Erin F., Matt C., Marije W., and Ryan S.
Elevating the Fan Retail Experience
2024
Visa
I co-led experience design strategy with Saba R., Adam W., and Jim M. to remove friction from in-stadium merchandise transactions so fans never miss key match moments. Through field observations and stakeholder ideation, we developed a seamless click-and-collect solution that lets fans order merchandise on their phones for pickup before leaving the venue.
Driving Innovation From Zero to One

I joined a cross-functional tiger team to build an internal project management tool from the ground up in 90 days to fix inefficiencies caused by fragmented email and Confluence workflows. Within six months of launch, we drove an 87% increase in the organization’s innovation project completion rate. By combining rapid prototyping with collaborative research alongside Ray C., Josh P., and Alex M., we turned ambiguity into clarity and momentum.

About
I have 13 years of professional experience, including the last decade as a product designer, with six of those years focused specifically on finance where I’ve found my niche helping people feel in control of their money by designing scalable systems and creating clarity where there was none. I treat design as a team sport by bringing parters in early to map constraints, validate quickly, and iterate when we uncover opportunities to improve.
Whether I’m re-architecting a remittance flow or shaping a 0 to 1 internal tool, I focus on the moments that unlock progress: reducing cognitive load, tightening communication loops, and aligning teams around a shared outcome. My work often sits at the intersection of user needs, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility—and I love navigating all three.
