Cross-Border Money Movement

I led the design of a national bank's mobile remittance feature from discovery through delivery for 20 weeks, directing a team of 2 designers, Matt Cole and Marije Wentink. We reduced Visa’s white-label flow from 12 to 7 steps, enabling users to complete transfers 50 seconds faster. Results elevated Visa's cross-border UX maturity, a follow up sprint in collaboration with Ryan Sagawa.
